Bring the speed to the track every month with our Thursday Evening Racing at Ancaster Leisure — where drivers of all levels push for pole position and podium glory on our outdoor circuit. With two weight-based classes and a fresh track layout each month, its competitive, fun, and a great way to make the most of your evening. It’s also the perfect taster before entering into our championships.
Whether you’re a seasoned racer or just love the buzz of competition, this is your chance to dive into qualifying action and full sprint races with like-minded drivers under the floodlights.
Race format
Qualifying and Full Race
- 8 lap qualifying

40 lap race, giving plenty of track time and racing thrills

two racing classes
To keep things fair and fun, drivers are split into two weight classes, so the races stay as competitive and exciting as possible.
Class 70: 65kg – 89kg
Class 90: 90kg+
Before you book, weigh yourself to make sure you’re in the right group and bring along any ballast you may require. Please note that the weight needs to include the weight of all racewear- anything that is going into the kart that is not part of the kart structure.
